Hiring the legal way
The licence stays where Thai law puts it
Recruiting Thai workers for jobs abroad is reserved for agencies licensed by the Department of Employment. We are the employer's side of the process. That keeps your hire legal in Thailand and protects the people you hire.
Every job order goes to an agency with a valid overseas recruitment licence. You can check any licence in our registry.
Our fee comes from the employer. Agencies may charge workers only what Thai law allows, with a receipt.
Job orders and contracts go through the Department of Employment and, where required, the Thai labour office abroad.
