About

Built on demand that was already there

Siam Workforce started in September 2026, when employers abroad kept writing to us for Thai staff. In 24 days we had 50 requests from 23 countries. We built Siam Workforce to answer them properly: through Thailand's licensed agencies, on terms that protect everyone.

Our model

What we do, and what we never do

We do

  • Find and check employers abroad
  • Turn each request into a complete job order: demand letter, power of attorney, contract
  • Hand the order to an agency licensed by the Department of Employment
  • Work with training centres so skills are certified and tested
  • Follow every case until the worker starts work
  • Publish a free registry of licensed agencies and safe-migration information in Thai

We never

  • Recruit, select or place workers ourselves
  • Advertise jobs to workers or collect applications
  • Take any money from workers
  • Promise a visa or a job before an employer and a licensed agency have agreed
  • Send anyone through a channel that is not one of the five legal routes

Why licensed agencies

Thai law reserves recruitment for licence holders

Under the Employment and Job-Seeker Protection Act B.E. 2528, only agencies licensed by the Department of Employment may recruit Thai workers for jobs abroad. A licence requires Thai majority ownership, registered capital and a security deposit with the department.

33k
33,379 workers

sent abroad by licensed private agencies in Thailand's fiscal year 2025, about 30% of all departures.

with licence numbers, provinces and phone numbers, open to everyone.

for Thai workers going abroad. We explain them in Thai for workers and their families.
