Roles

Siam Workforce
Employer side
- Finds and checks employers
- Collects the demand letter, power of attorney and contract
- Agrees salary, housing and fees with the employer
- Follows the case until the worker starts

- Department of Employment approval of the job order
- Recruitment, interviews and skill tests
- Medical check, pre-departure training, documents
- Departure and contact with the worker

- 150-hour Thai massage course in an approved programme

Terms
Simple, written, per job order
- The employer pays the service fee. Workers pay nothing beyond what Thai law allows.
- The fee split is agreed in writing for each job order before it is handed over.
- Employers we introduce stay our clients: no direct deals around us.
- A first answer on every job order within 48 hours.
- One contact person on each side.
What we look for in a partner
- A valid overseas recruitment licence from the Department of Employment
- Experience with the destination countries in our orders
- Candidates for spa, hospitality, kitchen or trades roles
- Worker costs within the law, with receipts
- Clear replacement terms if a worker leaves early
