Hire Thai staff through licensed agencies

You deal with one English-speaking contact. Behind us, an agency licensed by Thailand's Department of Employment recruits, tests and prepares your staff. Every hire leaves Thailand legally, on a contract you have approved.

What we need from you

Five documents start every order

Thai approval depends on paperwork from the employer. Send drafts early; we tell you exactly what to fix before anything is signed.

Requirements differ by country. In the UAE, for example, the Thai labour office in Abu Dhabi certifies service contracts and expects at least AED 2,000 a month. See destination guides.

Costs

Clear on who pays what

Fees are quoted per job order before any work starts. There are no fees to workers from us, and we hold partner agencies to the limits set by Thai law.

Employer

Service fee

Agreed per job order and paid by the employer. It covers our work and the licensed agency's recruitment.

Employer, as agreed

Travel and permits

Flight, visa, work permit and medical in the destination are set out in the demand letter, following practice in your country.

Worker

Nothing to us

Workers pay Siam Workforce nothing. Agencies may charge only what Thai law allows, against a receipt.

Questions employers ask

FAQ

Do you recruit the workers yourselves?
No. Under Thailand's Employment and Job-Seeker Protection Act, only agencies licensed by the Department of Employment may recruit Thai workers for jobs abroad. We prepare your job order, choose a licensed agency with you and manage the employer side. The agency recruits.
How long does it take?
It depends on the country, the role and how fast your documents are ready. Work permits and visas in the destination are usually the longest step. After the first call you get a dated plan for your order.
Can you find male therapists for a men's spa?
Yes, we pass these orders to agencies that recruit male therapists. Several of our requests from Saudi Arabia, Oman and Jordan are for men's spas.
Can I hire a worker I have already found?
Yes. The job order still goes through a licensed agency and the Department of Employment, so the worker leaves Thailand legally and is covered by Thai protection rules.
Do candidates speak English?
It varies by role and person. Every candidate file states the language level, and you see it yourself in the video interview.
What if a worker leaves early?
Replacement terms are part of the agreement with the licensed agency and are fixed before recruitment starts.
